All CapabilitiesFast Launch

Launch in Weeks. Not Quarters.

Most startups die not from building the wrong thing, but from building the right thing too slowly. Intactic compresses the idea-to-market cycle into 8–12 weeks using AI-accelerated development, battle-tested starter architectures, and a relentless focus on the critical path. You ship a product users can actually touch — not a slide deck.

Overview

Speed is a feature. So is sustainability.

An MVP is not a half-finished product. It is the smallest possible thing you can ship that proves real users will pay real money (or real attention) for your thesis. Build too little and you learn nothing. Build too much and you burn runway chasing assumptions. The art is in the cut — and most teams cut the wrong things.

Intactic has shipped 50+ MVPs across SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, healthtech, and consumer apps. We start every engagement with a ruthless feature triage: what is the one behavior that proves the thesis? Everything else — billing tiers, admin dashboards, that clever referral loop your co-founder loves — gets parked in a Phase 2 roadmap that exists only on paper. We ship the proof, then we iterate against real signal.

Our builds are AI-accelerated but not AI-generated. Senior engineers write every line of business logic; we use tools like Cursor, Copilot, and our own internal scaffolds to compress boilerplate (auth, payments, CRUD, observability) from weeks to days. The result: an MVP that is genuinely production-grade — not a prototype you have to throw away when you raise your seed round.

What you get in 12 weeks

Six pillars of an MVP that survives contact with real users.

Rapid Prototyping

Clickable Figma prototypes in week 1. Working code in week 2. We compress the design-build loop so you can put real artifacts in front of users before any architecture is locked in.

Agile Sprints

Two-week sprints with demoable progress every Friday. You see working software every 14 days — no "we will show you at the end of the month" surprises. Backlog is jointly reprioritized each Monday.

Investor-Ready Demos

Every MVP ships with a demo script, a metrics dashboard, and a pitch-aligned narrative. We have helped clients raise over $40M in seed and Series A on builds we delivered.

Battle-Tested Stack

Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, AWS. We do not experiment with your runway. Our starter architecture has been hardened across 50+ production launches and gets you 80% of the way there on day one.

User Testing Integration

We wire in analytics (PostHog/Mixpanel) and session replay (FullStory/LogRocket) from day one. Every release ships with event tracking so you can see exactly what users do — not what they say they do.

Scale-Ready Architecture

The MVP is built on the same architecture we would use at 100x scale. No throwaway prototypes, no "we will fix it later" tech debt. When you raise, you keep building — not rewriting.

The 12-week MVP sprint

A repeatable cadence that turns an idea into a live product in 90 days.

01
Week 1

Discovery & Scope

Week 1. We sit with your team for 3 intensive sessions: thesis validation, user journey mapping, and ruthless feature triage. Output is a one-page MVP scope document and a clickable Figma prototype.

02
Week 2

Architecture & Design

Week 2. We lock the technical architecture, set up CI/CD, provision infrastructure, and finalize UI design. By end of week 2, the engineering environment is production-ready and designers are ahead of engineering.

03
Weeks 3–10

Build Sprints

Weeks 3–10. Four two-week sprints. Each Friday demo ships working software to a staging URL. You see real progress every 14 days and reprioritize the backlog every Monday. No black boxes.

04
Weeks 11–12

Launch & Iterate

Weeks 11–12. Production deploy, analytics handoff, and a 2-week paid support period to patch what real users break. You launch with a 90-day iteration roadmap already drafted.

Frequently asked questions

Answers, not sales pitches.

Three reasons. First, we use a hardened starter architecture (auth, payments, CRUD, observability, CI/CD) that gets us 80% of the way on day one — we do not reinvent boilerplate. Second, we use AI tooling (Cursor, Copilot) to compress routine coding by 40%. Third, we ruthlessly scope: we will tell you "no, that is a Phase 2 feature" when your instinct is to include it. Speed comes from focus, not from cutting corners on quality.

That is what week 1 is for. Our Discovery sprint is designed to take a half-formed thesis and turn it into a one-page scope document with a defined user journey, success metrics, and feature list. We have run Discovery with founders who had only a napkin sketch and shipped a working MVP 11 weeks later. If after Discovery we decide the idea is not ready, you only pay for that one week.

Completely. All code, designs, and infrastructure live in your GitHub and your cloud accounts from day one. We do not hold anything hostage. You receive a clean handoff at the end of the engagement with documentation, runbooks, and a 90-day iteration roadmap.

Fixed-fee, milestone-based. A typical 12-week MVP engagement is $80K–$150K depending on complexity, paid in three milestones: 30% at kickoff, 40% at mid-build demo, 30% at launch. No hourly billing, no surprise overages. If we scope wrong, we eat the overrun — that is our problem, not yours.

Two weeks of paid support are included to patch what real users break. After that, most clients retain us on a part-time basis (10–20 hours/week) to iterate against user signal — typically for 3–6 months until they hire their own engineering team. We have also done clean handoffs to in-house teams multiple times; the code is documented and transferable.
